Before you go anywhere, you should find the trainer for your class. He'll/she'll tell you about more missions you can take and such. The part of the Trainer will be played by the acting DM at the moment. This is a 2 part quest, the first part will be finding him, and the second is taking his quest.
1st part: Find the Trainer-Minor Quest
Difficulty- Very Easy
Requires- 3 Posts to find them 5+ Sentences each
Reward- 100 XP and a Town Map
Town Map- Allows you to subtract 1 post from each requirement that requires you to find a place. weight=.5 lb
2nd part:Taking the quest
The Trainer will be old and feeble and unable to do much himself anymore. In so, he will tell you that many people have gone missing, and that this medallion will help you find them.
Difficulty-Very Easy
Requires- 1 post and is an automatic taking of the quest, The Lair
Reward- 100 XP and an Instance Medallion
Instance Medallion- This world is spread out long and wide, and sometimes, you can't get to the place where you need to go for a quest that is in a dungeon on the far reach of the world in the time that others are going. That's what this item is for, when 3 people join an instance quest, then you all may choose to wait for more or go with just those 3. Only 6 people can join an instance quest at a time. When you choose to leave for the quest. The medallion will start to glow a bright green light, and in a flash, disappear, taking you along with it. When you reappear, you'll be in the instance. No way out but to finish it, or have a surrender with over half the people agreeing. The medallion is a small golden coin with runes around it and a golden sapphire in the middle. It's unbreakable, binds to its owner and is priceless. It's attached to a silver chain that is clasp able. weight=0 lb.
